Because prescription medications are regulated healthcare products, refunds are limited.
Once a prescription medication has been dispensed or shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.
This policy exists to comply with pharmacy safety regulations.
Orders may only be cancelled if:
The medication has not yet been compounded
The medication has not yet shipped
Once compounding has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, patients should contact our pharmacy support team.
We may investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and determine appropriate resolution.
If a healthcare provider determines a medication should be changed or discontinued, patients should consult the prescribing provider.
Any new prescription requires a new order.
